| The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) released, on July 27, Announcement No.42 of 2012, deciding to take provisional anti-dumping measures on imports of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether originating in the U.S. and the E.U. According to articles 28 and 29 of 《Anti-dumping Regulation of The People's Republic of China》, the Ministry of Commerce decided to take provisional anti-dumping measures of levying deposit. This provides guarantee to develop domestic ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether. |
